Slow Going with the Pool

So far - no permit and no pool. We'll see what happens by Friday. The hole is still there. Dad wants to building the retaining wall, but no on in the Town Hall can tell him how far away from the pool it has to be. Tomorrow we are going over there and hopefully we'll get some answers.

Now didn't you think The Bachelor was going to pick Beven but changed his mind on the last day. I did

Ok! why am I the only one that wanted him to pick Tessa. I think Beven is just the fun girl I think Tessa has class to be a Navy wife. Only two shows have worked out Trista & the cute long haired guy. Yes I need a life.

A Challenge

So Jake and I have been watching a lot of tv and decided to take pick at least one day of the week and not turn on the TV at all. We challenge you guys to do the same. We are going to do Mon ( our fam home evening day). So, we challenge you guys to do the same...no TV, no movies, and no excessive internet surfing for one day a week. Go for a walk, a hike, start reading a book together, clean, make dinner together, do random service for people you don't know, go to bed early! Let me know how it all goes!

hi Ya'll (thats what everyone says here in TX) Jeron and I have made great friends with Vanessa And Eder..... (jeron works with him) They are really down to earth and are SO good with charly. They are our age and both mexican.....(jeron fits right in with them... lol kidding) Last night the 4 1/2 of us went to a carnival.... we all took turns riding the rides and watching charly.... then we all stuffed our faces with corn on the cob, cotton candy (which charly loved), and caramel apples YUMM. we watched all the animals in the petting zoo, got fake tattoos (some things never get old) and just sat and talked. It was so fun. It just made me feel so good.....Just in the sense of me and jeron and charly being our own little family in Texas..... 100's of miles from where we were raised..........being on our own... not depending on anyone anymore.... and being so happy together.
