What I Did Today

Come on all you slackers!!! What happened to you?? I wanna hear what's going on. I still haven't seen Bryant post on this! Anyway -- today let's see....pretty uneventful. Work is good. Dad put your baby crib up. 25 years old and someone teethed on it. He powerwashed it and we "lysoled" it and it's up and probably will stay up for a long time. I figure at least until Jeron gets back from Iraq and then longer because I will have other grandbabies that will be visiting. Now we are going to dinner with the Walls and Maya and Greg (I can't spell their last name). Moose had his first Alpo in a can last night because I was out of dry food and tonight he was very dissapointed that I bought dry food. He looked at me like he was saying "You've got to be kidding me!" He's just a dog!!

Okay - I hope I am back for the result show for dancing with the stars. What did you think of The Bachelor last night. He is starting to grow on me. I liked the girls he let go. But I guess they weren't forward enough. Men!

A Challenge

So Jake and I have been watching a lot of tv and decided to take pick at least one day of the week and not turn on the TV at all. We challenge you guys to do the same. We are going to do Mon ( our fam home evening day). So, we challenge you guys to do the same...no TV, no movies, and no excessive internet surfing for one day a week. Go for a walk, a hike, start reading a book together, clean, make dinner together, do random service for people you don't know, go to bed early! Let me know how it all goes!

hi Ya'll (thats what everyone says here in TX) Jeron and I have made great friends with Vanessa And Eder..... (jeron works with him) They are really down to earth and are SO good with charly. They are our age and both mexican.....(jeron fits right in with them... lol kidding) Last night the 4 1/2 of us went to a carnival.... we all took turns riding the rides and watching charly.... then we all stuffed our faces with corn on the cob, cotton candy (which charly loved), and caramel apples YUMM. we watched all the animals in the petting zoo, got fake tattoos (some things never get old) and just sat and talked. It was so fun. It just made me feel so good.....Just in the sense of me and jeron and charly being our own little family in Texas..... 100's of miles from where we were raised..........being on our own... not depending on anyone anymore.... and being so happy together. I feel like we have come so far from where we were 2 years ago... when I didn't eve
