Hello my extended family! I absolutely love reading your blogg and staying in touch with all of you! I hope I'm doing this right...let's see...I love, of coures, reading any postings that Jeron writes. I had no idea he was having to head out again for more training. See...I have to read your blogg to find out what my son is doing! And, Jess...I'm so glad you enjoyed your visit to our house...BESIDES THE DRAMA (sorry cutie). We feel the same...it gave us a wonderful opportunity to get to know YOU more, which I love. Did you really lose your phone...I've been leaving lots of messages on it just saying how much we miss you! WELL...let's see if this works...LOVE TO ALL OF THE HETTINGERS. You're an awesome family, and we are honored to be a sub-part of it! :-D KISSES TO MY BEAUTIFUL CHARLY!

A Challenge

So Jake and I have been watching a lot of tv and decided to take pick at least one day of the week and not turn on the TV at all. We challenge you guys to do the same. We are going to do Mon ( our fam home evening day). So, we challenge you guys to do the same...no TV, no movies, and no excessive internet surfing for one day a week. Go for a walk, a hike, start reading a book together, clean, make dinner together, do random service for people you don't know, go to bed early! Let me know how it all goes!

hi Ya'll (thats what everyone says here in TX) Jeron and I have made great friends with Vanessa And Eder..... (jeron works with him) They are really down to earth and are SO good with charly. They are our age and both mexican.....(jeron fits right in with them... lol kidding) Last night the 4 1/2 of us went to a carnival.... we all took turns riding the rides and watching charly.... then we all stuffed our faces with corn on the cob, cotton candy (which charly loved), and caramel apples YUMM. we watched all the animals in the petting zoo, got fake tattoos (some things never get old) and just sat and talked. It was so fun. It just made me feel so good.....Just in the sense of me and jeron and charly being our own little family in Texas..... 100's of miles from where we were raised..........being on our own... not depending on anyone anymore.... and being so happy together. I feel like we have come so far from where we were 2 years ago... when I didn't eve
