Marinara Sauce

1/4 cup Olive Oil
4-6 garlic cloves, minced
2 - 28oz. cans Italian plum tomatoes, drained and chopped (or buy crushed)
1/2 t salt
1/2 t black pepper
1/3 cup snipped basil

Heat the oil. Add garlic, cook and stir for 1 minute. Stir in tomoatoes, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Stir in basil during the last 5 minutes.
