WORST Costumer Service EVER

So, I was looking online for the battery opperated tea lights, and came across this one company who sells them in bulk so this is what i email them "I was wondering if I could just buy one of your tea lights without having to pay crazy shipping costs since its so small and i just would like 1 to try out. Can you help?" This is the first response i got back which made me really mad cause it was borderline rude and really unprofessional "We also don't want to pay crazy labor for a small item- so I am sorry NO- While it may cost a Dollar to ship it will cost us MUCH more to set up and ship! If you think shipping is just a stamp- Please look elsewhere. Thank you LOU" So i wrote back: 'Thank you so much for your completly RUDE respond and obvious inexperience with customer service. She canceled her appointments and she and her paralegal came to the hospital. She asked grandma if she knew who she was and grandma was able to mumble "lawyer." Then grandma asked for the will to be read to her. She liked to be on top of things, even at the end. After the lawyer read the will, grandma

Dinner

so tonight Jake and I went out to Bonefish, since jake gets 50% off there because of working at outback. Anyway, we are sitting at our table and this man walks up to Jake and says, " She is sure making you look good" um.... what exactly does that mean?? we laughed with him and pretended like we understood, but once he walked away, we were really confused. Was he implying I was ugly? Was he implying Jake was a good looking guy? Was it a compliment to me?? anyway. it was really funny, and we have been wondering about it all night. and bonefish is yummy!
