WORST Costumer Service EVER
So, I was looking online for the battery opperated tea lights, and came across this one company who sells them in bulk so this is what i email them
"I was wondering if I could just buy one of your tea lights without having to pay crazy shipping costs since its so small and i just would like 1 to try out. Can you help?"
This is the first response i got back which made me really mad cause it was borderline rude and really unprofessional
"We also don't want to pay crazy labor for a small item- so I am sorry NO-
While it may cost a Dollar to ship it will cost us MUCH more to set up and ship!
If you think shipping is just a stamp-
Please look elsewhere.

So i wrote back:
'Thank you so much for your completly RUDE respond and obvious inexperience with customer service. I will be sure to tell all my party planning co-workers about your reponse to a very innocent question.
And since I have been in customer service for many years let me give you a response that WOULD have been fitting for my question.
"We understand that you only would like 2 items, but due to our processing fees and the way our company is set up, we can not allow small purchases. We are sorry for this inconvience, and hope that you will still concider us in the future"

We're obsessed about providing the absolute best customer service that you've experienced, ever. Here at Six Star Sales we want our customers to not only be taken care of quickly, but efficiently as well. We want our customers to be able to say, "I've just had the best customer service experience in my life, and it was at Six Star Sales.” Word of mouth is our best advertising.
sad that you have to take your frusterations on potential customers asking 1 questions about your products.
I hope you find some happiness in your life because no one should seem as miserable as you.'
AND THEN I WROTE TO THE "contact us " on the website and he wrote back again saying that he responds to those messages as well and that he even wrote the paragraph about the customers service!
I am RAVING MAD!!!!!! What do I do! I need to contact SOMEONE and do SOMETHING! I mean, I didn't even write anything mean. I asked for 1 stupid light!
I need suggestions!!!
