List Your Ideas

Here is a list of some of things I wouldn't mind doing with you this weekend: corn maze picnic women's broadcast play pool cook dinner FHE Not necessarily in that order and not necessarily what's on the list. Oh...what about pedicures....Actually the only one I really want is FHE. Oh dad needs the guys to help him with the air conditioners -- they could do that while we go for pedicures! I honestly can't wait to see you all and just can't wait to see Will crawling! What should we cook for Sunday dinner. I was thinking a roast, mashed potatoes and carrots, our usual.

Grandma Hett

Dad and Uncle Bob took grandma up to New Bedford, Mass. for the day on Sunday. They went to get calms and went past Tanna Jo's house and visited around town. At the end of the day, dad and uncle bob gave grandma a necklace with a lighthouse on it. Grandma is so thrilled. I think it was the best day of her life to hear her talk about it. So sweet of dad and Uncle Bob, right?! Anyway - Dad pulled his back yesterday. He is better today, but just remember him in your prayers. Love you all!!

One Year of Marriage Down...forever to go!

Jake and I have officially have been married a year! It's been so fun these past few days looking back to where we were a year ago. I was thinking it was so crazy of me to work on thursday, flight out to utah that night and get married the next day. But, it all worked out so beautifully and it was the most amazing day! It's been such a happy year with Jake.  I'm so glad I made him fall in love with me! haha. We have had so many good firsts... our first place together, our first puppy, our first vacation together, our first cheerleading team (haha) and now our first anniversary.  We have learned lots, like.... its best to solve all arguments using Google (I'm usually right... poor jake). It is physically impossible for me to keep my clothes off the floor. GPS doesn't prevent Jake from getting lost. No one should ask me questions when I nap! A one bedroom apartment isn't big enough for a NY girl. You should always lock your car at night! Cuddling never gets old! I...

You Can Stop Worrying!

Don't worry any longer. We found the Tom Tom...All is well. So Charly is talking full conversations now. She woke up on Sunday and we told her it was Church day. So the first thing she has to do on Church day is get her shoes! She has sparkle ones from her Nana and pink ones from me. Anyway -- after she got all dressed and ready, she stood crying and crying. We couldn't figure out the problem. Did she want a different pair of shoes. Didn't she like her ponytails or her dress. Finally Jess was hugging her and asking her what was wrong and she said "I wanna go." She was upset because she had to wait for the rest of us to get ready!! Yesterday we were telling her she was a girl, and mommy is a girl and grandma is a girl -- she was really getting it -- then we said that grandpa is a boy and Papi is a boy and she frowned and said "Papi a boy???" hehe -- she was obviously disappointed to find out her daddy is a boy!

Tom Tom

So we can't find the Tom Tom. I say "we", but I mean dad can't find the Tom Tom. Try to help us remember when we had it last. I know it was on our trip to VA/MD but we remember being careful about taking it home. Hmmmmm

Emma

I have been fascinated with Emma Smith lately. I am reading a book about her life. You have to pause the music player on the right to hear the words to this beautiful song.
