Bon Voyage!

Tomorrow we go on our cruise. I was so excited when we booked it and now it's almost anti-climatic, but I will enjoy the time with dad. With the economy how it is this might the last vacation for a while anyway. My Europe vacation money is slowing vanishing...............I will try to post videos from our trip while we are gone. I love you guys. I wish you all were coming.

I am bringing my laptop so we can watch conference on the cruise while we are gone! Now....more than ever.....we need to listen to what the church leaders are telling us. Start building your ark!!

A Challenge

So Jake and I have been watching a lot of tv and decided to take pick at least one day of the week and not turn on the TV at all. We challenge you guys to do the same. We are going to do Mon ( our fam home evening day). So, we challenge you guys to do the same...no TV, no movies, and no excessive internet surfing for one day a week. Go for a walk, a hike, start reading a book together, clean, make dinner together, do random service for people you don't know, go to bed early! Let me know how it all goes!

hi Ya'll (thats what everyone says here in TX) Jeron and I have made great friends with Vanessa And Eder..... (jeron works with him) They are really down to earth and are SO good with charly. They are our age and both mexican.....(jeron fits right in with them... lol kidding) Last night the 4 1/2 of us went to a carnival.... we all took turns riding the rides and watching charly.... then we all stuffed our faces with corn on the cob, cotton candy (which charly loved), and caramel apples YUMM. we watched all the animals in the petting zoo, got fake tattoos (some things never get old) and just sat and talked. It was so fun. It just made me feel so good.....Just in the sense of me and jeron and charly being our own little family in Texas..... 100's of miles from where we were raised..........being on our own... not depending on anyone anymore.... and being so happy together. I feel like we have come so far from where we were 2 years ago... when I didn't eve...
