Our Best Days!!!

So Bry and I were talking and we came up with our best days:
  • With out a doubt being married in the temple
  • Bry serving a Mission
  • The day we found out we are going to be parents
  • Graduations for both of us

I think the best thing about life is that there are so many 'best' days to come and looking forward to them and living through them brings so much joy! Like the birth of our baby, our family growing and watching our kids grow. Our son/daughters baptism, first date, mission, college, marriage, and then their family. Us growing old together and the adventures that we will go on. Life is such a great thing and we are so glade that we are here to make the choices that will help guide our future to many great things to come. Stacey and Jake we are so proud of you and your decisions that you have made, we are grateful that we can share this day with you. Marriage is such a great thing and to spend the eternities with your best friend is something that you can put a price tag on. I was thinking back to our wedding day and I think the best advice that anyone gave us was to remember what the most important part of the day is...the sealing in the temple, and if something goes wrong at the parties it's only a story to tell in the life that you are starting. We love you both! We love all of you and are so excited to see you this Friday!

A Challenge

So Jake and I have been watching a lot of tv and decided to take pick at least one day of the week and not turn on the TV at all. We challenge you guys to do the same. We are going to do Mon ( our fam home evening day). So, we challenge you guys to do the same...no TV, no movies, and no excessive internet surfing for one day a week. Go for a walk, a hike, start reading a book together, clean, make dinner together, do random service for people you don't know, go to bed early! Let me know how it all goes!

hi Ya'll (thats what everyone says here in TX) Jeron and I have made great friends with Vanessa And Eder..... (jeron works with him) They are really down to earth and are SO good with charly. They are our age and both mexican.....(jeron fits right in with them... lol kidding) Last night the 4 1/2 of us went to a carnival.... we all took turns riding the rides and watching charly.... then we all stuffed our faces with corn on the cob, cotton candy (which charly loved), and caramel apples YUMM. we watched all the animals in the petting zoo, got fake tattoos (some things never get old) and just sat and talked. It was so fun. It just made me feel so good.....Just in the sense of me and jeron and charly being our own little family in Texas..... 100's of miles from where we were raised..........being on our own... not depending on anyone anymore.... and being so happy together. I feel like we have come so far from where we were 2 years ago... when I didn't eve...
