Break Down at the Gym

so...I just got out of a body scultping class and thought I would do 30 min on the elliptical. So...I grab a Woman's Life magazine, and start reading this story about a daughter who is driving around her mother who has Alzehiemers (spelling?), and her mother doesn't remember who she is, and she has to keep telling her mother that she is her daughter. She talks about how all her life they had this special hand squeeze that her mother did; three squeezes representing "I Love you" She said her mother gave her that squeeze when she got hurt as a little girl, and as she struggled as a teenager, and when she tried on the perfect wedding dress, and as her son was born. She said watching her mother this way was almost impossible, because she wasn't the same person. So her mom looks at her after she says, "mom, I'm your daughter", and her mom say's " I've loved you forever" and then reaches over and gives her three squeezes. Obviouisly the story was written a lot better than I'm telling it!!!

So there I am, sweating on the elliptical, buring calories and sobbing! no...not just tears..... flat out crying!! I'm sure it was a sight to see!

anyone have stories like that? Crying in weird places?
