Good evening loved ones......Its me again. Well, i have some news, I leave for Iraq in exactly 72 days and counting. Thats right it is now official! To be honest it hasn't really hit me just yet, but i know it will.....Im glad that i know for sure now because i can start preparing for it mentaly as well as physicly. I can't wait to get it over with and come home to the two most wonderful women in the world.......don't worry everybody and the most amazing family anyone can ever have!!! I really mean that with all my heart......Thats on of the big reasons why I wanted to write this. I want to let everyone know how much i really love and appreciate them. I know i don't talk to all of you, but you are all in my heart. I also want to apologize because i haven't really kept in touch. Sometimes laziness gets the best of me, but that is no excuse.......I will make more of an effort to talk to everyone, i promise! By the way before i forget, THE BIGGEST CONGRATS to bryant and kristy for the baby!!!! Im so excited for you both. I hope everything is going smoothly so far. Sorry its taken so long to say those 3 words.

Jeron it was so easy to fall in love with you, its as if I have always known you. You are a great husband, father, son, son-in law, brother, nephew, freind but most of all you are a great man. It is so wonderful to have you in the family and see how much you love Jessie & Charly. Can't wait to see you again and give you a big be safe HUG.

A Challenge

So Jake and I have been watching a lot of tv and decided to take pick at least one day of the week and not turn on the TV at all. We challenge you guys to do the same. We are going to do Mon ( our fam home evening day). So, we challenge you guys to do the same...no TV, no movies, and no excessive internet surfing for one day a week. Go for a walk, a hike, start reading a book together, clean, make dinner together, do random service for people you don't know, go to bed early! Let me know how it all goes!

hi Ya'll (thats what everyone says here in TX) Jeron and I have made great friends with Vanessa And Eder..... (jeron works with him) They are really down to earth and are SO good with charly. They are our age and both mexican.....(jeron fits right in with them... lol kidding) Last night the 4 1/2 of us went to a carnival.... we all took turns riding the rides and watching charly.... then we all stuffed our faces with corn on the cob, cotton candy (which charly loved), and caramel apples YUMM. we watched all the animals in the petting zoo, got fake tattoos (some things never get old) and just sat and talked. It was so fun. It just made me feel so good.....Just in the sense of me and jeron and charly being our own little family in Texas..... 100's of miles from where we were raised..........being on our own... not depending on anyone anymore.... and being so happy together. I feel like we have come so far from where we were 2 years ago... when I didn't eve...
