My little brother came to visit and we went to see the battleship and the nauticus museum. It was fun we even got to touch some sharks.







We spent most of sat. at Water Country USA, riding and racing on the waterslides. We got tired of the lines so we decided to visit the ocean and go for a swim (a first for Mark and me)
The waves at the beach were so big! Some of them knocked us over. After we played in the ocean we threw the frisbee around for a while. Bry forgot how to throw it, but he finally got the hang of it. After we ate a little sand by diving for the frisbee, we went and ate at The Olive Garden, which is always good. The waitress tried to hit on Mark a couple times, it was so funny. After dinner we came home and relaxed for the rest of the night. It was a great day. Can't wait to see all of you soon!!

Love it! Looks like fun! I can't wait to see the ocean....and to see you guys of course!!! Your little brother really grew up! Looks a lot different than Kenneth and Russell. I bet all the girls hit on him.

A Challenge

So Jake and I have been watching a lot of tv and decided to take pick at least one day of the week and not turn on the TV at all. We challenge you guys to do the same. We are going to do Mon ( our fam home evening day). So, we challenge you guys to do the same...no TV, no movies, and no excessive internet surfing for one day a week. Go for a walk, a hike, start reading a book together, clean, make dinner together, do random service for people you don't know, go to bed early! Let me know how it all goes!

hi Ya'll (thats what everyone says here in TX) Jeron and I have made great friends with Vanessa And Eder..... (jeron works with him) They are really down to earth and are SO good with charly. They are our age and both mexican.....(jeron fits right in with them... lol kidding) Last night the 4 1/2 of us went to a carnival.... we all took turns riding the rides and watching charly.... then we all stuffed our faces with corn on the cob, cotton candy (which charly loved), and caramel apples YUMM. we watched all the animals in the petting zoo, got fake tattoos (some things never get old) and just sat and talked. It was so fun. It just made me feel so good.....Just in the sense of me and jeron and charly being our own little family in Texas..... 100's of miles from where we were raised..........being on our own... not depending on anyone anymore.... and being so happy together. I feel like we have come so far from where we were 2 years ago... when I didn't eve...
