THE GREETING (Jeron)

Hello everyone! I thought since this is the first time that I write in the blog, it should be a greeting. So HELLO!!! Everything is going great here in the big TX! And I have no doubt that things are going great in the Hettinger family. Stacy, you look amazing in your wedding picture. And im glad that teaching is going well also.

Wow I really dont have anything to say! Oh, just incase anyone is wondering, work is stressful. Its getting harder everyday. Iraq is coming up pretty soon and i have to say, that despite the hard work, i've learned alot and feel that i am ready to take my place in this war and protect the people that mean most to me in this world!!! I love being apart of this family and wouldn't change it for the world!!!

Yo and i got to give props to my partner-in-crime, yup you guessed it, "MESSY"!!!!!!!!! She has been the best companion, friend, and lover. I appriciate her so much. You really dont know what she has to put up with until you accually experience it. Im not saying for all the men to join the army or anything, but "DAMN". She does such a great job with chubby and me! Its like having 2 kids in the house! JK. Well I know i always talk about mess but i feel so lucky and blessed to such a counter as her! I know that jake is on the same page as me about stace the face!!! You will both see in the future that it is a blast!!! Well i guess that will be enough for tonight. So thank you baby Te Quierro mucho amor!!! And good night to all the hettingers! You guys are all right. jk I love you guys to!!!!

Ahh! I am so glad you posted! We love you so much and although I miss you all terribly and I am thrilled that you and Jess and Charly are so happy!

A Challenge

So Jake and I have been watching a lot of tv and decided to take pick at least one day of the week and not turn on the TV at all. We challenge you guys to do the same. We are going to do Mon ( our fam home evening day). So, we challenge you guys to do the same...no TV, no movies, and no excessive internet surfing for one day a week. Go for a walk, a hike, start reading a book together, clean, make dinner together, do random service for people you don't know, go to bed early! Let me know how it all goes!

hi Ya'll (thats what everyone says here in TX) Jeron and I have made great friends with Vanessa And Eder..... (jeron works with him) They are really down to earth and are SO good with charly. They are our age and both mexican.....(jeron fits right in with them... lol kidding) Last night the 4 1/2 of us went to a carnival.... we all took turns riding the rides and watching charly.... then we all stuffed our faces with corn on the cob, cotton candy (which charly loved), and caramel apples YUMM. we watched all the animals in the petting zoo, got fake tattoos (some things never get old) and just sat and talked. It was so fun. It just made me feel so good.....Just in the sense of me and jeron and charly being our own little family in Texas..... 100's of miles from where we were raised..........being on our own... not depending on anyone anymore.... and being so happy together. I feel like we have come so far from where we were 2 years ago... when I didn't eve...
