Pioneer Trek

After work I am going to go and price out the food for the Pioneer Trek in August. We have to feed about 100 people with no refrigeration. Actually I think we might bring some large coolers to store milk, etc. Oh and no stores in sight. Plus we have to dress as pioneers! Did I mention no rest rooms? And it's going to be the first week in August!! I bet you are all dying to go. I think Jess and Dad are the only ones in our family that would actually enjoy this. How I got involved is beyond me....But I told dad I would do all the preliminary work on it that I can. He can go and do the actual work. We have the Berardis and the Cahoons doing it with us. Plus the handcarts are going to weigh about 300-400 pounds -- going downhill is going to be harder than going uphill. Yes - I am rambling on. Summer is here. Still debating between Lasik surgery or central air. What do you guys think?
Oh Bry and Kristie - I didn't tell you this....I asked Uncle to come with me to the cemetary to visit my mom's grave because it's 2 years this week that she passed away and he asked if I was going to bring him back afterward! I said "No, I was planning on leaving you there."
