Remembering Paul-again (by Jess)
Some Pics From Kelsey's Myspace
One image of Paul that will always be in my mind was his "YA KNOW" face.
Lindsey and I are 2 of the people who saw that face the most.
It was the outcome of me and lindsey being too loud when we would have our weekly sleepovers.
He would come in at first asking us to please be quiet. Then around the 3rd or 4th time he would slam open the door. Me and Lindsey would run back to our beds as fast as we could and pretend we were sleeping, He'd lift his hands up above his head, and with his face almost turning red, he would say through his teeth "YA KNOW"
Me and linds still joke about it to this day.... Ya know what paul? What were you trying to tell us by saying YA KNOW all the time?haha of course his body language said it all. We just found it funny. It got to the point where he'd come in ,say "YA KNOW", and we'd have to hide our faces in a pillow to keep from laughing. Even up until the summer he passed away, when we were on Long Beach Island, he had to come out of his bed and yell at us to be quiet.
I bet he misses having to say "YA KNOW" for now.
He blessed my life for having been in it. He showed me that it's ok if you can't carry a tune, just sing your heart out anyway. His family was his life, and to his family, he was Life itself. It was impossible not to smile when he was around. I'm just glad we all can manage a smile now that he's not around
I miss him...
RIP PAUL-AGAIN "In my life I've loved you more"
